Additionally, a large part of our real estate practice involves financing matters, including due diligence review, mortgage and collateral documentation preparation, and title policy review.

We always attempt to craft solutions that will minimize costs and headaches for a client. However, our litigation attorneys have experience in commercial litigation and we are not afraid to initiate litigation should the same best serve our clients.
